  • What Is The On Line Shop?

The On line shop is a platform for multiple shop keepers.  It's like a high street shopping centre where you have many shops under one roof.  The only difference is that you can buy from many shops and put your items into one shopping cart and pay for the whole lot together at the checkout.  This makes the shopping experience very easy for the buyer whilst allowing the seller the flexibility to offer their products in a larger market place.

  • How Do I become A Seller?

To become a Seller/Vendor you have to register on the site. Once you have registered you can click on the subscription tab (located by following the tabs, Shop/Online Shop/Become a Seller/Subscriptions). You can choose either monthly or yearly subscriptions, paid via a PayPal button.  Once the subscription has been received by the site administrator, you will be a shop keeper and have access to setting up your shop. Access to your shop store is located at Shop/Online Shop/Seller Account. Please note the site administrator has to approve your shop before it goes live.

  • What happens when someone buys my product?

When someone buys your product, you will be notified by email. The payment will be automatically sent to your PayPal account (minus the usual PayPal fees). It will be your responsibility to despatch the item to the buyer. We  would expect items to be despatched by the vendor  as soon as payment has been received. Any issues arising from the sale, i.e. returns, payments, descriptions etc. will be a matter for the buyer and vendor.

  • Does this website take any commission for the sale?

No. The vendor only pays for their subscription.

  • Can I Cancel my Shop?

Yes you can cancel at any time by following the path Shop/Online shop/Seller Account/Cancel Subscription. However subscriptions are not refundable. If you have any doubt about the online shop we would advise the vendor to take out a monthly subscription

  • I Am Not Sure how To Set Up My online shop Can you help?

You have the freedom to add products ,descriptions, images, prices,shipping costs etc, however if this is a new experience and you need assistance, we are here to help. Simply email or phone us.
